In this Christmas piece Kornelije Stanković (1831–1865) arranged an old Serbian chant for four mixed voices a cappella. The lyrics based on psalm 110:3–4 can be sung with original Slavonic church lyrics as well as with English (From Out the Bosom of the Father) or German lyrics (Geboren aus des Vaters Schoß).
