Kinley Lange
Kinley Lange spent his childhood in West Texas and New Mexico. During the time he spent with the US Navy in the South Pacific, he met the University of Hawaii and began studying music theory and composition there. For 40 years, Kinley Lange has worked as a choir director of children, youth and adult choirs. He was the founder and conductor of the Austin ProChorus Ensemble, a chamber choir dedicated to the works of living composers. Kinley Lange's choral music is performed by choirs of various levels around the world. Many of his plays are heard regularly at festivals and concerts in the United States as well as in Europe, South America and Asia, including Carnegie Hall and the Vatican.
