The sun is the symbol of the circle of life, of the year and of the day. In many cultures it is a spiritual symbol for the unending flow of creation. Purposeful, untiring and powerful, the sun steers the wheels of change. Lorenz Maierhofer composed this archaically moving choral piece in Namibia.
